HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER

Click on the product you want. To the right of the image, there are usually some choices to make for the product to be exactly as you wish. When you feel satisfied, select the quantity and add the product to the shopping cart. Then go to the checkout, fill in your details and send the request. If you wish to place an order via email or telephone, this can also be done!

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

The delivery time is stated on each product, but for personalized products the delivery time is usually around 3-4 weeks. For standard products / products that we have in stock, the goods will be sent within 1-3 days from your received order confirmation. It is important to keep in mind that the delivery time applies from your approval. Please remember to mention your deadline, if you have one, prior to sending the request order.

HOW CAN I GET MY LOGO ON THE PRODUCT?

If you want products printed with a logo and / or other design, send the logo to us and a description with the desired design. The request and logo are processed by our graphic designer who makes a print proposal which is then sent out to you for approval. First after your approval we will start producing your products.

WHICH FORMAT SHOULD MY LOGO/IMAGE BE IN?

The most common file formats are AI and PDF. In order for the print to be as good as possible, we want you to send vectorized print files. If you are unsure of what format your logo and print are in, you can email it to us and we will help you with this.

DO YOU SELL TO COMPANIES OR PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS AS WELL?

We sell to both companies and individuals.

HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU?

For a price request regarding all products, it is easiest if you email your request to info@emsnordic.com and we will send you the complete quotation. For other questions, you can email, call or write to us through the chat on the webpage.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY PRODUCTS?

We will send an invoice to your company address or email that you have given us after you confirm the order through email. If you are a private person without a company, we will send you an invoice to your home address or we will ask you to pay by bank transfer.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME ORDERING FROM YOU, WHO ARE YOU AS A COMPANY?

We are a registered AB company in Sweden and have been active with our parent company since 2006. We have extensive experience in the industry and many satisfied customers. We always strive to find the best solutions for our customers and are happy to assist if you have any questions or concerns. Our objective is to always offer the best possible service and price available on the market.

WHERE IS THE COMPANY LOCATED AND WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP/SELL TO?

We are located in Ängelholm, Sweden. We ship and sell to the Nordic countries: Sweden, Denmark, Norway & Finland. If your company is located in a country outside of Scandinavia and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will help you.
